B2B Sales Coordinator


Corporate Office (Springfield, MA) • Corporate Position • Reports To Director of Marketing and Advertising

Position Summary:

The B2B Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing sales support to the organization and direction to assist in achieving B2B goals. The position is also responsible for maintenance of the CRM/Database and sales statistics.

Job Description

Essential Duties:


Store support/direction

  • Assign weekly calls to stores
  • Track weekly calls from stores
  • Track B2B Learning Management System (LMS) and live training for all stores
  • Track B2B store performance KPI’s
  • Help stores with B2B events
  • Support B2B day-to-day store needs

Sales support

  • Distribute call lists to outside salespeople based on their schedules
  • Coordinate email and traditional mailings, B2B marketing supply requisitions, B2B advertising/promotions
  • Maintain and monitor social media pages
  • Coordinate shows, B2B meetings
  • Strong understanding of the sales pipeline process
  • Fulfills customer needs for current literature, catalogs

CRM/Database maintenance

  • Update Salesforce with store’s weekly calling activity
  • Manage adding and segmenting prospect lists in Salesforce
  • Prioritize sales targets based on pre-agreed upon criteria
  • Manage outside prospect lists and convert to Salesforce
  • Track sales and conversion of prospects to customers
  • Manage converting prospects to customers in the system
  • Update customers’ data in Salesforce with weekly YTD sales numbers and categories
  • Track return on investment (ROI)

Other responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Language Ability:

Must be able to read and interpret documents.


Math Ability:

Must be able to create sales reporting spreadsheets including calculating ROI.


Reasoning Ability:

Should be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; also be able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.


Computer Skills:

Must have experience with Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook. Preferred use of Sales Force.


Certificates and Licenses:

Must have current, valid driver’s license
