We are happy to support the following causes:
Children’s Miracle Network
Rocky’s partners with Ace Hardware to support the Children’s Miracle Network. The money that Rocky’s and Ace raise helps sick and injured children regardless of their families′ ability to pay. Although the Children’s Miracle Network is a national program, 100% of the funds raised in each community stay local, being donated to the nearest CMN hospital in that area.Goodwill Industries
Rocky’s supports Goodwill Industries with an annual donation drive at all of its Western Massachusetts locations. Customers are encouraged to donate new or gently used items such as clothes, shoes, books, houseware and furniture. At the 2008 donation drive, we collected over 18,000 pounds of clothes! Thank you to all who contributed to make this event such a great success. Soon Rocky’s will be expanding these drives to additional locations. Rocky's has donated over 250,000 bottles of spring water to 41 Little League programs in 28 communities. Little League teams are able to sell the water to fans attending the games, so that 100% of the proceeds can go directly to defray the cost of uniforms, equipment, field maintenance and improvements. During this time of tight budgets and tremendous need, Rocky's is happy to be able to support the youth of our community, as well as support the ideal of teamwork and community involvement that Little League embodies.
Community Cleanup Projects
Rocky’s will soon be offering support to groups that are working to maintain and improve our community’s parks, neighborhoods and roadsides. Check back for more information about how your project may be able to qualify for free tools and supplies from Rocky’s.
