Are you looking to order a product and have it ready for you at the store when you arrive? All Rocky's stores have access to over 60,000 items in the Ace warehouse. There are several ways you can order:

1. Shop online at AceHardware.com. You will be able to choose whether you ship to your home, or get free delivery to any Rocky's location for local pick-up.
2. Call your local Rocky's store and talk to an associate. They can help you place an order right over the phone. Click here to find your local store and phone number.
3. Go to your local Rocky's store and view a catalog in person with an associate. You can view and discuss your options, and the associate will place your order before you leave.
   

Remember to select "Ship-to-Store" as your shipping option in order to qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

Delivery of Ship-to-Store Orders

To take advantage of this service, follow these simple steps:

1. Shop on www.acehardware.com and select items for purchase
2. Proceed to our secure checkout
3. Sign in, and then enter (or verify) your billing address.
4. Select Ship-to-Store by entering your 5-digit postal ZIP code in the field provided in "Option 1" of the shipping destination step of the checkout process.
5. Select the Rocky's Ace Hardware store most convenient to you and proceed through checkout.
6. You will be notified via e-mail when your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to the Rocky's Ace Hardware store you selected as your shipping destination.

After you complete your Ship-to-Store order, the receipt page provides you with your order number and information about the order. Keep your order number in a safe place; it will be needed for all order references. Print this screen and save it. You must present your printed receipt with your order number, the credit card used for purchase and one form of photo ID when you pick up your Ship-to-Store order at an Ace Hardware store. You will be notified via e-mail when your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to the Rocky's location you selected as your shipping destination.
