Goodwill Industries
Since 1925, Goodwill Industries has offered people in the Springfield and Hartford area “not charity but a chance” through vital job training and employment opportunities. Goodwill is dedicated to removing barriers to employment for all people, regardless of disability or disadvantages. They also help people to gain independence in the workplace and achieve the financial stability that helps improve our communities.
Rocky’s supports Goodwill Industries by holding an annual donation drives at our Western Massachusetts locations. The 2008 drive was held on Saturday, December 27th, where Rocky’s collected over 18,000 pounds of clothes! All items will be sold in Goodwill retail stores, where the proceeds help local residents receive training and employment services from Goodwill.
Rocky's will also soon expand its Donation Drive to include additional locations and communities. Details will be posted on our Web site as they develop.
