Satisfaction Guarantee
At Rocky’s, we want all of our customers to be fully satisfied with every item purchased from our stores. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase.
If you still have your store receipt, please bring it, along with the item to be returned, to the Rocky′s location where you purchased the item. A store associate will process your return and issue you a full refund, timing will vary dependent on payment method.
If you do not have a receipt, you can return the item for a store credit.
To receive full cash refund or store credit, item must be returned in new condition, in its original box and with all parts and accessories.
After 30 days, if an item you have purchased at Rocky′s breaks or fails to perform properly, you can return it to Rocky′s. If it is determined that the product failed due to a manufacturer′s defect, Rocky′s will replace that item at no cost.
